Free Men’s Workouts, Running, and Rucking in Spring Hill and Thompson’s Station, TN

What is F3?

F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

The three Fs are:

1st F

Fitness

A man’s right relationship with himself

2nd F

Fellowship

A man’s right relationship with those in proximity

3rd F

Faith

A man’s right relationship with his creator

Free of Charge

All F3 workouts are free of charge. There is no sign up… just show up at the appointed time and place.

Open to All Men

We welcome men (ages 18+) of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirements for membership.

Held Outdoors

All F3 workouts are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold. Bring gloves and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.

Peer Led

Workouts are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary.

Circle of Trust

All workouts end with a Circle of Trust, highlighting our 3rd F, Faith. All men, regardless of religious beliefs, are welcome.

F3 Spring Hill started in May of 2019 with The Armory, the first site, at Harvey Park on Miles Johnson Pkwy.

Shortly after that, F3SH began to expand, quickly adding Uprising, Fort Pain, and TRAPP. There are now more than 20 sites running on a weekly basis.

F3SH now has multiple workouts per day, 7 days a week! Be sure to check out our Free Workout Locations page for more information on days and times.
