One of the great things about F3 is how leadership is encouraged by EVERY man. If you have ideas for anything that would help us be more effective in the 3 Fs, talk to someone on the SLT. Also, please make sure to talk with the SLT before pursuing or implementing any ideas. This helps avoid confusion and ensures that F3SH stays on mission.
